Customer Segmentation and Engagement
The first step is to develop a database of all of the targeted accounts using a wide range of data sources as well as existing customer data we have within our own proprietary database. Our strength is in re-organizing the customer base into building categories and market segments based on their energy consumption, location, and decision-maker in a relational format that ties buildings to owners.
The focus of this Program is to target Multi-Site Customers (e.g. school districts, retailers, restaurants, real estate companies) and also Trade Allies that have already been through training but have only submitted a small number of projects.
- Project Identification and Data Collection AllFacilities Energy Group has developed a leading edge web platform to simplify the project qualification and submission process that includes:
- Building/Project Profile Tool - to enable Customers and Trade Allies to on-board unique building components and project information to allow us to more cost effectively capture building data.
Rebate Accelerator Tool - Customers and Trade Allies can use the Platform to identify how much potential rebate is available prior to making a purchase decision. After the installation is complete they then use the Tool to record their purchase and request a rebate.
